Can I make modifications to a collection?​
No, our STUDIO florals are designed to be click and go. We have a custom floral option if you would like to work with a designer for your event.
​Where do I pick up my order?

My date isn't available on the calendar, now what?​
You can always pick up your order the day before your event. The products will be just fine overnight.
If I have my order delivered, what time will it be delivered?​
Delivery will take place between 10a-12p on your event day.
Can I add more things later?​​
If you need more items than your original order and its more than 2 weeks from your event you can place a new order for the additional items. If you are less than 2 weeks from your event, go to the contact page of our website and choose "question about my STUDIO floral order" from the drop down menu. There you can email your request for additional items and we will confirm whether we can accomodate your request.
What if I need to cancel?​​​
​You can cancel your order but there are no refunds for this product.​
Will my pieces look just like the images?
We do not guarantee any flower types or that your pieces will look exactly like the images. We use seasonal products and local when available so products will vary. We WILL however use the same colors and overall esthetic of the collection you choose.
